SPS-IR Single Photon Spectrometer (Infra-Red)

The SPS-IR is a constant step grating monochromator designed specifically for low light levels with an optical fiber compatible output. This allows the user to couple their choice of photodetector or Single photon detector.
With two internal reflective collimator to minimize chromatic aberration, the SPS-IR has a good coupling across the whole spectral range of the device. A moderate size aperture for high effective transmission the SPS-IR can reach a resolution of 0.5 nm (FWHM).
The SPS-IR can be bundled with the S-Fifteen Instruments’ digital optical powermeter OPMGE or Infra-red Single Photon Detector IRSPD1 with an Time to Digital Converter TDC1 for a complete plug and play spectrometer. The software exist in GUI and command line scripting for ease of application and integration to automated experi-
mental setups. Custom wavelength range available on request.
